Humidity inside the lens – now what?

Recently, I found an old portrait of my wife, Monika, taken on a sunny beach in Portugal. During the shoot, I faced a challenge: my lens was foggy and the autofocus failed. Fearing my expensive lens was ruined, I placed it in the sun to dry, and miraculously, it worked! How did humidity get into my lens?

Last week, I was overwhelmed by the support my No.Make.Up.Portrait project received with over 60 women sharing heartfelt stories and wanting to join. The first photoshoot with Nicky was memorable; connecting with her and capturing her natural beauty without heavy editing was truly inspiring.

After a lengthy delay, I finally conducted a photo session in Tallinn for my No.Make.Up.Portrait project, featuring Steffi. The unretouched, raw photoshoot was captivating, showcasing natural beauty and emotions. My wife assisted in making Steffi comfortable. Minor retouching was only done on the background for distraction purposes.
