No.Make.Up.Portrait Esther

Number five of my photo shoots last August for my project 👉 No.Make.Up.Portrait is Esther. She was the second person to choose the beach as her go-to place to be herself and feel comfortable in front of the camera. Normally, you wouldn’t choose this location for a typical portrait, because it’s always windy and your hair will get mixed up. And normally a lot of people wouldn’t like it.

But I’m so glad she decided to go, because in my opinion, it doesn’t matter if your hair is all over the place. If this is your comfy zone, where you can be yourself, then I have the best conditions to get some really authentic shots. And let’s be honest: tousled hair is beautiful.

As you can see in the photos, we had so much fun. Esther’s laugh is infectious 😍 I’m so glad she could open up and just be herself. After only a couple of minutes, she was already very relaxed, and we all could enjoy the photo shoot.
